IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division подвели итоги работы с потребителями в 2016 году.

During this period specialists of the customer relationship management unit of the enterprise received 26,838 applications from residents of the Kursk region on energy supply issues, including more than 2,900 applications for connection to grids of the branch and 11,706 applications for provision of value-added services.

The most in demand value-added service in the past year was installation and replacement of metering devices - consumers filed 6,385 applications for its provision. More than 3,500 people applied to Kurskenergo on implementation of technical conditions by the applicant of a grid connection contract. Last year the specialists of the branch also concluded 1,989 contracts for the service 'Execution of work related to the customer's competence in the grid connection implementation' ('Grid connection support').

During the past year to the address of Kurskenergo over 4,000 pieces of positive feedback were received from people in the region. The power engineers are thanked for efficiency, competent advice, expert assistance in preparing the documentation, careful attention to each customer.
