Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division continue repair work on the main electric grid equipment.

At present, the power engineers are repairing 0.4-10 kV transformer substations and 0.4-10 kV power lines in Gorshechensky and Oboyansky Distribution Zones, as well as the 110 kV overhead power lines 'Zheleznogorskaya-Studenok', 'Tim-Manturovo', 'Yuzhnaya-Lgov', 'Sadovaya-Forest', in Zheleznogorsky, Timsky, Manturovsky and Lgovsky districts of the Kursk region and in the regional centre. In addition, now they have overhauled 49 of the 140 planned for the current year 10/0.4 kV transformers.

In total, Kurskenergo's specialists plan to repair 2,509.5 km of 0.4-110 kV power lines this year, overhaul 23 substations and 416 package transformer substations. Among the largest power facilities, where the complex overhaul will be performed - the 110/35/10kV substations 'Peny', 'Kastornoye', 'Oboyan', 'Fatezh' and the 110/10kV substation 'Gorodskaya'. 217.73 million rubles will be spent to implement the repair program.

'Timely and high-quality execution of the repair program allows to effectively solve the problems of ensuring reliable operation of power grid facilities and uninterrupted power supply to the Kursk region's consumers,' notes First Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of Kurskenergo Vyacheslav Istomin.
