In the address of General Director of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev a letter of thanks was received from Managing Director of JSC 'HMS Livgidromash' (included in the structure of large machine-building and engineering holding JSC 'HMS Group') of Anatoly Dvoryadkin. The head of one of the largest industrial enterprises in the Orel region thanks the head of the energy company for the fruitful cooperation in the implementation of measures for grid connection and commissioning of the 110/10/6 kV substation 'Livgidromash', which provides power for a new production facility for manufacture of pumps for oil refining and oil products transportation.

This facility is an important element in the implementation by JSC 'HMS Group' of the large investment project 'Localization of production of pumps for oil refining, as well as high power pumps for transportation of oil/oil products' aimed at solving the state problems on import substitution. The Orel branch of IDGC of Centre provided the necessary power supply for it in the amount of 15 MW. Work on connecting the enterprise to the grid of Orelenergo lasted during the first quarter of 2016 and already in early April, after the successful completion of the necessary tests, the 'Livgidromash' substation equipment was put into operation. In the near future the plant plans to commission new capacity. Work on the second stage of the grid connection process is to be implemented in 2017.

The effective cooperation between our organizations ensured timely commissioning of power installations of JSC 'HMS Livgidromash',' stresses in his message Anatoly Dvoryadkin, expressing in conclusion the hope for further constructive cooperation between JSC 'HMS Livgidromash' and IDGC of Centre.

Power supply to the new facility of JSC 'HMS Livgidromash' became another major project of IDGC of Centre in the implementation of the state policy of import substitution. In particular, in 2015 the company provided power supply to a plant of LLC 'NEW Kostroma', which will manufacture drilling equipment to service the needs of the Russian oil and gas market. A number of projects are being implemented in the field of agriculture and food industry - the key sectors to most regions of the service area of IDGC of Centre. In the Tambov region in the framework of the signed a year ago with the regional government concession agreement, the company is working to provide electric grid infrastructure of the largest in the Central Federal District new enterprises in growing and processing of poultry meat, created on the site of LLC 'Tambov turkey' and OJSC 'Tokarevskaya poultry plant'. This is the first experience of public-private partnership in the national electric grid. The first phase of the construction project of a vertically integrated facility for growing and processing turkey of LLC 'Tambov turkey', implemented by the largest agro-industrial company in Russia PJSC 'Cherkizovo Group' and one of the leading producers of turkey in Europe, the company Grupo Fuertes (Spain), was launched in September 2015. In a short time to ensure its power supply IDGC of Centre's specialists constructed about 25 kilometres of 10 kV power lines, installed a 10/0.4 kV package transformer substation of 1 MVA. And in May 2016 the company put into operation the 110/10 kV substation (SS) 'Factory', which will provide electricity to the Tokarevskaya poultry plant with the production capacity of 150 thousand tons of poultry meat a year.

In the Belgorod region in the past year IDGC of Centre connected to the grid an agricultural facility of LLC 'Greenhouse Facility of Belogorie' - the largest supplier of vegetables and herbs in the Central Federal District with the capacity of 11 thousand tons of vegetables a year. This project is part of a large-scale regional program for the development of the greenhouse cluster, which is designed for construction in the region of 500 hectares of greenhouses by 2020. And in the first quarter of this year, the company supplied power to a greenhouse facility 'Agropark', built as part of the import substitution program in the Kursk region. The volume of vegetable production at the new plant will be 6.6 million tons per year, and it is expected that with reaching the designed capacity the region will be fully provided with greenhouse vegetables.

In 2016 IDGC of Centre continues to participate in major projects of federal and regional significance in the field of import substitution, support for agribusiness and the food industry, housing development, road and industrial infrastructure construction. Confirming its status as one of the key drivers of development of the regions of its service area, the company makes a significant contribution to their socio-economic growth.
