MRSK Tsentra : Within the Days of Rosseti, the Company’s Director General Oleg Budargin had a working visit to the Yaroslavl region

Director General of the Company 'Rosseti' Oleg Budargin had a working visit to the Yaroslavl region. During the trip, organized within the framework of the Days of Rosseti, the head of the company met with leaders of the region, held a meeting with the largest manufacturers of electrotechnical equipment in the Yaroslavl region and visited a number of specialized enterprises.

The head of Rosseti visited the Yaroslavl Motor Plant (PJSC Avtodizel), where an exhibition of products was organized and a cooperation agreement was signed with LLC MC GAZ Group in the field of creating new models of vehicles, including electric vehicles, the development and use of stationary and mobile backup power supplies.

The development of modern modes of transport and the creation of an appropriate infrastructure for it is one of the priority activities of PJSC 'Rosseti'. So, according to the program for the development of the charging infrastructure for electric transport, approved by the company 'Rosseti', in the city of Yaroslavl charging stations for electric vehicles were previously installed and tested. The application of innovative technologies will allow both to improve the ecological situation and to further enhance the tourist attractiveness of the region.

During the visit, Oleg Budargin held a meeting with the largest manufacturers of electrical equipment in the Yaroslavl region, where participants discussed cooperation with enterprises of the Rosseti Group of Companies.

Oleg Budargin also met with Dmitry Mironov, Acting Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, in the course of the trip, the main agenda of which was the issues of social and economic development of the region, interaction of power engineers with local equipment manufacturers and consumers, as well as the implementation of necessary measures to modernize and improve the reliability of the electric grid complex. Particular attention was paid to reducing commercial losses of the power grid company, including by replicating the 'smart grid' project throughout the region.

'I am glad to welcome you again to the Yaroslavl region. Over the past three months, you have found an opportunity to visit Yaroslavl for the second time. I am grateful to you for such attention to our region,' Dmitry Mironov addressed to Oleg Budargin. 'As a result of your May visit, a number of decisions were taken on the issues that we discussed. Thus, IDGC of Centre prepared a draft program for the comprehensive modernization of electric grids in the territory of the Yaroslavl region with the use of the Smart Grid technologies.

Summing up the visit, the head of Rosseti noted the importance of developing cooperation with domestic manufacturers of equipment for the power grid complex. 'The development of high-tech electrical equipment in Russia allows the Rosseti Group to successfully solve the tasks of increasing the efficiency of the domestic power grid, ensuring uninterrupted and high-quality power supply to consumers, as well as the security of the country,' Oleg Budargin stressed.
