Msci Inc : MSCI to announce on June 20, 2012 the results of its 2012 Annual Market Classification Review

MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of investment decision support tools worldwide, including indices, portfolio risk and performance analytics and corporate governance services, announced today that it will release on June 20, 2012, shortly after 11:00 p.m. Central European Summer Time (CEST), on its website www.msci.com, the results of the 2012 Annual Market Classification Review.

As a reminder, four MSCI Country Indices are currently included on the review list of the 2012 Annual Market Classification Review: MSCI Korea and MSCI Taiwan Indices for a potential reclassification to Developed Markets and MSCI Qatar and the MSCI United Arab Emirates Indices for a potential reclassification to Emerging Markets.
