Murray : B Ordinary Capitalisation Issue

Murray International Trust PLC (the "Company")

The Company confirms the issue on 18 February 2015 of 9,808 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 984,871 B Ordinary shares.  Dealings in the new B Ordinary shares commenced on 18 February 2015.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the third interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 1.00588 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 9 January 2015.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above issue the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue remains 127,376,901 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 984,871 with each share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 128,361,772.

128,361,772 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
