Murray : B Ordinary Share Capitalisation Issue

Murray International Trust PLC (the "Company")

The Company confirms the issue on 15 August 2014 of 9,766 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 965,385 B Ordinary shares.  Dealings in the new B Ordinary shares commenced on 15 August 2014.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the first interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 1.02193B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 11 July 2014.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above issue the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue remains 126,556,401 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 965,385 with each share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 127,521,786.

127,521,786 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
