Murray : Conversion of B Ordinary Shares

MURRAY INTERNATIONAL TRUST PLC (THE "COMPANY")

Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 110,051 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and dealings are expected to commence on 1 July 2015.

The listing application has been made following the conversion of 110,051 B Ordinary shares into 110,051 Ordinary shares in the annual period to 23 June 2015.

The new Ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following these changes, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 127,601,952 and the number of B Ordinary shares in issue will be 890,512 with each Ordinary and B Ordinary share holding one voting right. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 128,602,515 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
