Dahms retiring on December 31, 2013



The founder and Management Board spokesman of mybet Holding SE, Mathias

Dahms, is to leave the company at his own request for personal reasons with

effect from December 31, 2013. His duties will initially be covered by the

new CFO of the company, Monika Fiala.

Mathias Dahms' departure is amicable and by mutual agreement with the

company. 'After 15 years on the Management Board, including three years as

CEO, Mathias Dahms would like to focus on new tasks,' announced Supervisory

Board Chairman Dr Volker Heeg. 'We are exceptionally endebted to Mr Dahms

for his successful contribution to the mybet Group over many years and are

pleased we will be able to draw on his expertise as a consultant for a

transitional period.'



Dahms was one of the founders of the mybet Group in 1998 and initially

served as Finance Director and CTO/COO of the group. In 2010 he switched to

the role of Management Board spokesman and shaped the former lottery agent

into one of Europe's leading providers of sports betting, casino and poker.

'After a long and exciting time at mybet I am now relishing the prospect of

fresh challenges,' commented Mathias Dahms.
