Today, mybet Holding SE conducted its Annual General Meeting in Berlin. The General Meeting approved all the proposed decisions put to vote with a large majority and so, amongst others, decided to exonerate the Supervisory Board and the Management Board for the financial year 2016 as well as to create new Authorized and Contingent Capitals. During the Annual General Meeting around 49 percent of the company's share capital were represented.
