mybet Holding SE: Complete placement of 639,623 new shares from Authorized Capital 2015/I

Berlin, May 7, 2018. Today the Management Board and Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE (ISIN DE000A2LQ009) ('the Company') adopted a resolution based on their resolutions of May 2, 2018 to draw on the Company's Authorized Capital 2015/I to issue 639,623 new shares ('the New Shares'). The resolutions of May 2, 2018 had provided for the issue of up to 639,623 new shares. The targeted volume was thus placed in full.

As a result of the placement, the Company's capital stock is raised from currently EUR 6,396,231.00 by EUR 639,623.00 to EUR 7,035,854.00 by way of a capital increase against cash deposits, to the exclusion of the shareholders' subscription rights. The New Shares were subscribed to by investors within the scope of a private placement at an issue price of EUR 1.20 per New Share and are entitled to dividends.

The New Shares will be trading under ISIN DE000A2LQ7F4 and are expected to be included in trading on the Frankfurt Securities Exchange as of June 2018.

The exclusion of subscription rights was effected pursuant to Section 186 (3) sentence 4 of the German Stock Corporations Act (AktG).
