mybet Holding SE places additional partial bonds of the convertible bond 2017/2020 with a nominal value of EUR 510,000.00
Berlin, May 7, 2018. In concretizing and supplementing its resolutions of May 2, 2018, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE (ISIN DE000A2LQ009) decided today the issue of a total of 5,100 additional partial bonds of the convertible bond 2017/2020 (ISIN DE000A2G8472) with a nominal amount of EUR 100.00 each and a total nominal amount of EUR 510,000.00 at the nominal amount. The new partial bonds form a single issue with the partial bonds 2017/2020 already issued under the granting of subscription rights to the shareholders and the holders of the partial bonds of the convertible bond 2015/2020.
The bonds were subscribed by investors in the context of a private placement.
