MYRIAD ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN ITS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

ZURICH, Switzerland - 30 January 2017 - Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announces that Stephen Dunford will be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), owing to family illness. This is effective 31 January 2017.

Erik Hansen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, has been appointed Executive Chairman of Myriad as Stephen Dunford resigns from his role as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hansen steps into the Executive Chairman role as Myriad is expanding its product and services portfolio in the Connect Division.

Mr. Hansen stated "2017 is an incredibly exciting time for Myriad as we are launching our new Connect propositions into the market. Our cloud based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) is uniquely placed to enable companies of all sizes to connect with their customers via their mobile devices, anywhere in the world and regardless of handset technology. I look forward to taking a more active day-to-day role in the Company and working closely with the management team to drive these propositions forward."

Stephen Dunford joined Myriad as Chief Executive Officer in December 2012. During his time with the Company he has overseen significant restructuring activity, the launch of the Company's Versy social media app, and the introduction of the Company's new PaaS proposition. Erik Hansen stated "On behalf of Myriad and its shareholders, I would like to extend my thanks to Stephen for his contributions to the Company over the past 4 years and wish him well in his future endeavours."

Myriad Group will publish its full-year 2016 results on 23 February 2017, this will be accompanied by a presentation from Management, details will be announced shortly.
