Myriad Group AG Announces Increase in Shareholding of Major Investor

ZURICH, Switzerland - 6th September 2017: Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announces that it has received notification from its major shareholders, Martin and Rosmarie Ebner, that their beneficial holding in the company has increased to 61.38%. As of September 1st, 2017 their holding was 68,899,053 shares, representing 61.38% of the total number of registered shares of 112,251,613. This represents the share capital in issue as per the commercial register before the completion of the rights issue announced yesterday. The new share capital is expected to be registered on 11th September, 2017.
