MYTILINEOS S.A. announces that, following the approval of its Shareholders' General Assembly and the adoption of all statutory approvals, the corporate transformation has been successfully completed.

In this context, the company announces the immediate adoption of a new flexible organizational structure that has been designed based on international best practices, includes the minimum number of senior hierarchical levels and the introduction of a CEO Office with Fotis Spyrakos as Chief of Staff (CoS).

In particular, the new organizational structure includes the following direct reports to the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Evangelos Mytilineos:

• 4 Business Units (BUs), of which three have industrial activities and one has a trading activity:
  • EPC BU, with Panagiotis Gardelinos as General Manager,
  • Electric Power BU, with Dinos Benroubi as General Manager,
  • Metallurgy BU, with Dimitris Stephanidis as General Manager and
  • Gas Trading BU, with Panagiotis Kanellopoulos as Director
• 5 Central Support Functions, of which the first 3, apart from meeting the corporate needs and generally supporting the BUs, have dedicated resources in order to provide services to the BUs on a permanent basis:
  • Human Resources, with Dimitra Brakatselou as General Manager, o Legal & Regulatory, with Evangelos Chrysafis as General Manager, o Finance, with Yannis Kalafatas as CFO,
  • Strategy and M&A, with Elenos Karaindros as General Manager and
  • Treasury, with Christos Gavalas as General Manager
• 2 Central Functions:
  • IR and Corporate Governance, with Dimitris Papadopoulos as General Manager
  • Communications and Marketing Strategy, with Vivian Bouzali as Director
