What: 

Independent Bank Corporation (Nasdaq:IBCP), the holding company of Independent Bank, a Michigan-based community bank, will visit the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square.  Independent Bank, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, celebrated its 150^th anniversary in 2014.  In 2015, Independent Bank Corporation is celebrating its 30^th anniversary of being listed on Nasdaq.
