Stockholm, June 16, 2015 - Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Hövding Sverige AB's shares (short name: HOVD) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Hövding belongs to the Consumer Goods sector and is the 50th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq's Nordic markets* in 2015.

The Hövding is an unobtrusive collar that the cyclist wears around his or her neck. The collar contains a folded airbag that only becomes visible when it is involved in an accident. Independent tests confirm Hövding's superior protective capacity vs. traditional helmets. During the past two years Hövding has begun to be launched internationally and is today available in 15 markets in Europe and in Japan. Hövding's products are sold in over 400 stores and via hovding.com. In Sweden alone, Hövding's products can be found in more than 70 stores. For more information, please visit www.hovding.se.

"We are very pleased and proud of this important milestone and welcome our new, both private and institutional, shareholders," said Fredrik Carling, CEO of Hövding. "I'm looking forward to taking the next step in the evolution of Hövding and in becoming cyclists' natural first choice of head protection."

"We welcome Hövding to Nasdaq First North and to our family of companies," said Adam Kostyál, senior vice president and head of European listings at Nasdaq. "Hövding is a terrific example of how outstanding entrepreneurship can utilize the visibility and capital raising opportunities that the public markets offer."
