National Bank of Canada : employees give a $80,000 donation to the Breakfast Club of Canada

More than 300 National Bank employees, together in Ottawa for their 18th annual hockey tournament, gave the Breakfast Club of Canada the total proceeds collected through this activity again this year. This $80,000 donation will be used to support the Club's programs, including those offered in four Ottawa area schools.

• National Bank has been involved with the Breakfast Club of Canada since 2002. Over the years, it has given the organization more than $4.5 million in donations through sales of exclusive products in its branches and, more recently, by partnering with events benefiting the Club.

• The NB Classic is the annual hockey tournament for National Bank employees that brings together men's and women's teams from all across Canada. This year's tournament is taking place in Ottawa.
