National Express Group PLC : c2c Nominated for Rail Business Awards

National Express train operator c2c, Britain's
highest performing train operator, has been nominated for two
Rail Business Awards.
c2c has been nominated for the prestigious Train Operator of
the Year award for delivering high standards across all
aspects of its operations, including record-breaking levels
of punctuality, impressive fleet performance and excellent
customer satisfaction results.
c2c has also been nominated in the Integrated Transport
Excellencecategory for work undertaken with their local
authority partners to improve public transport access to
stations in the Benfleet and Southend area. c2c has also
delivered additional station specific schemes to improve
interchange and information provision at key locations, as
part of an on-going programme of improvements to integrated
transport facilities.
The winners of these respected industry awards will be
revealed on 16 February 2012.
