Appointments to Natixis' Executive Committee Natixis announces the following appointments to the Executive Committee: Carine André, Head of Operations; Franck Bernay, Head of Information Systems; Nathalie Bricker, Head of Accounting and Ratios; Philippe Jeanne, Head of Financial Management; Stéphane Morin, Head of Compliance; Dominique Sabassier, CEO of Natixis Private Equity; Cécile Tricon-Bossard, Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer.

These appointments take effect from June 1st 2016.

Carine André began her career in 1993 in the Capital Markets department of Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur (BFCE). In 1999, she joined the Finance department at Natexis Banques Populaires as a management controller. After three years in the US she came back as Head of Management Control at Eurotitres. In 2008, she became Corporate Secretary at Eurotitres and later Head of Operations in 2012. Since 2015, Carine André has been Global Head of Operations - Operations and Information Systems Division.

Carine André, 44, graduated from EDHEC Business School.

Franck Bernay started his career in 1990 as a consultant for l'Aérospatiale. He joined BNP Paribas in 1994 as a network engineer and then as Head of international network. In 1997, he took up the position of Head of IT Security. In 2001, he joined the BNP Paribas capital market activities: first on Equities and Derivatives scope, as Head of IT Production and Support and then as Deputy CIO. In 2006, he was appointed Global Head of Capital market IT Production and Support. He joined Natixis in 2011 as Head of IT Production and became Deputy CIO in 2013. Franck was appointed Natixis global CIO in 2015.

Franck Bernay, 48, is graduated from Sup Telecom Paris (Telecom ParisTech) and from the Stanford University Executive Program.

Nathalie Bricker began her career in 1991 at KPMG. In 1995, she joined Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations as manager-facilitator of the accounting network for the Markets and Custodian activities. In 1998, she was appointed Head of the Central Accounting department. She moved to CDC IXIS in 2000 as Deputy Head of the Accounting Department and Head of the Corporate Accounts sector. She was appointed Head of Accounting Standards and Systems for Natixis in 2005 and became Head of Accounting in 2007. Nathalie has been Head of Accounting and Ratios at Natixis since 2013.

Nathalie Bricker, 48, graduated from SKEMA Business School. She also holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from IAE in Nice.

Philippe Jeanne began his career in 1987 at Barclays as a fixed income options trader. In 1991, he became Head of the Paris dealing room for Banque CGER. In 1995, he moved to Calyon as Head of Interest Rate Exotics and Commodities, following which headed up USD Derivatives and Credit Trading in New York from 2000. He pursued his career in London to take up the position of Global Head of Emerging Markets in 2003. He joined Natixis in 2005 as Global Head of Forex Trading. He has been Head of Financial Management since 2012.

Philippe Jeanne is 52 and graduated from ESTP, a top engineering school, and holds a Master degree from ESSEC business school.

Stéphane Morin began his career in 1997 at the General Inspection division of Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires. He became director of Operational and Credit Risks at Natexis Commodity Markets in 2003, and later of the Natixis London platform in 2006 before moving to the BPCE Inspection division in 2008 as principal inspector. He has served as Head of Compliance at Natixis since November 2015.

Stéphane Morin, 45, graduated from Sciences Po, Paris.

Dominique Sabassier commenced his career in 1982 at Banque Vernes et Commerciale de Paris as a financial analyst, before becoming a portfolio manager in 1984. In 1991, he joined Caisse Centrale des Banques Populaires (CCBP) to head up the Equity Management activity and later served as Equity Management and Financial Analysis Manager. In 1998, he became Head of Equity and Diversified Investment Management at BPAM and from 2004 served as CIO at Natexis AM, occupying the position until 2007, at which time he was appointed Deputy CEO in charge of investments at Natixis AM. In 2010, he became Head of Private Equity at Natixis. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Private Equity (Natixis Global Asset Management) since 2013.

Dominique Sabassier, 58, holds degrees from SFAF, the French financial analysts' association, and ESSEC business school.

Cécile Tricon-Bossard began her career in 1991 at Société Générale, where she held several positions within HR. In 2001, she joined Ixis Asset Management as Head of HR Development. She was appointed Deputy Chief HR Officer in 2004 and then Chief HR Officer and Head of Internal Communications of Natixis Asset Management in 2006. In 2010, Cécile became CHRO of Natixis' CIB division.

She has served as Deputy Chief HR Officer of Natixis since March 2015.

Cécile Tricon-Bossard is 47 and graduated from Sciences Po, Paris. She also holds a degree in Business Law from Paris X Nanterre University and a post-graduate "DESS" degree in Human Resources Management from Paris IX Dauphine University.
