Natus Medical Incorporated (Nasdaq:BABY) today announced that the
Company is scheduled to present at two upcoming financial conferences.
Jim Hawkins, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will make a
presentation at the Raymond James 33rd Annual Institutional Investors
Conference. The conference is being held at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes
in Orlando, Florida on March 5-7, 2012. Mr. Hawkins is scheduled to
present on Monday, March 5 at 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time (6:15 a.m. PT).

Conference is by invitation only.
Mr. Hawkins and Steven J. Murphy, Vice President Finance and Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, will attend the Roth Capital Partners
24th Annual OC Growth Stock Conference. The conference is being held at
the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Laguna Niguel, California on March 11-14, 2012.
Mr. Hawkins is scheduled to make a presentation on Monday, March 12 at
10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00 p.m. ET). Attendance at the Roth Capital
Partners 24th Annual OC Growth Stock Conference is by invitation only.
