WITHDRAWAL OF NON-BINDING CONDITIONAL TAKEOVER PROPOSAL
Perth-based gold producer Navigator Resources Limited
(ASX:NAV) (Navigator or the Company) refers to its
announcements of 1 August 2012 and 13 August 2012 regarding
the receipt of an expression of interest in making an
indicative non-binding conditional takeover proposal from
LionGold Corp Ltd (LionGold).
Navigator advises that it has been notified by LionGold that
they will not be making a formal takeover proposal to
Navigator.
The Company will be continuing with its previously advised
rights issue.
