Navitas : expands capability with senior executive appointments

Global education services provider Navitas is pleased to announce the appointment of two senior executives to roles which will be central in supporting the Company's growth globally.
Patrick Brothers will take up the role of Group General Manager Strategy and Business Development where he will have responsibility for developing capability within our operating businesses to ensure Navitas maintains its position as a leading global provider of educational services.
Patrick was most recently Chief Development officer at Leighton Group where he provided strategic leadership and spearheaded the Company's global expansion and growth plans.
Prior to that position he held a senior role at Deloitte and was a Captain in the Australian
Army.
"Patrick will play a vital role in leading and implementing our strategic growth initiatives globally and, as a member of the Navitas Leadership Team, will be responsible for leading the development of Navitas' corporate strategy and marketing planning systems," said Rod Jones, Group Chief Executive Officer of Navitas.
Navitas is also delighted to be welcoming David Stremba to the new position of Executive General Manager, Business Development, Europe and North America for the University Programs Division.
In this role David will work alongside the Executive General Managers for North America and the UK, Bev Hudson and Kerry Hutchinson respectively, to grow and optimise University Programs operations in those regions.
Most recently David was the Managing Director of INTO in North America where he led INTO's entry into the US market and established six pathway College's. Prior to that role he held senior executive positions at Campus Group Holdings, Kaplan and Kirin Brewery.
"With his significant experience in international higher education David will really add capacity to our northern hemisphere operations as well as to the University Programs leadership team," Mr Jones said.
"Navitas is currently implementing a number of key growth strategies globally and Patrick and David's substantial experience will prove crucial in helping us to achieve these goals," concluded Mr Jones.
