Directorate Change

NCC Group plc, the global cyber security and risk mitigation group, announces that Brian Tenner, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company to pursue other interests. Brian plans to leave in August following the presentation of the Group's full year results and investor road show in the last two weeks of July 2018. A search for his successor is underway and a further announcement on succession plans will be made in due course.

Commenting on his departure Chris Stone, NCC Group Chairman, said 'I'd like to thank Brian for the enormous contribution he has made at NCC Group. He joined the company at a critical time, combining his role as CFO with that of interim CEO to great effect during the 2017 Strategic Review and in the months which followed. I wish him every future success.'

Brian Tenner, CFO, commented 'I'm proud of what has been achieved during my time at NCC Group. It has been a demanding but immensely rewarding experience and I feel that the time is right for me now to seek a new challenge. I do so knowing that I leave behind a business which is in good shape and with excellent prospects.'

The Board confirms that the Group continues to trade in line with its expectations and will report Preliminary Results for the year ending 31 May 2018 on 17 July 2018.
