For reference:

The European Petroleum Refiners Association was established in 2013 through the merger of two petroleum associations: Concawe (focusing on health, safety and environmental research in refining and in the supply of petroleum products) and Europia (later FuelsEurope, focusing on government relations ).

The association numbers 42 members, including OAO LUKOIL (since 2008). They account for nearly 100% of the EU total refining output. Jointly with the European Commission , the association acts as a co-organizer of the EU Refining Forum .
