Nemetschek : Strategic co-operation of NEVARIS and initions

NEVARIS Bausoftware GmbH and initions AG decided to have a close collaboration. This strategic co-operation gives both companies the opportunity to consider the demands of enterprises in both construction industry and building trade in an even better way. This does apply specifically to the logistics sector: The initions-transport control center Opheo will support the NEVARIS-solutions by depicting transport processes.

With their modular accounting and technical software (incl. Building Information Modeling and mobile solution Baustelle 4.0) NEVARIS Bausoftware GmbH provides construction companies of just about any size with reliable integrated solutions. This line of products is constantly being expanded by our own developments and partner products: currently in development is an inventory management system for supplying building materials and disposal of waste.

The future NEVARIS inventory management system is ideally suited for gravel plants, stone quarries, waste disposal companies, dumps as well as transport companies and generates cost estimations, offers, orders and invoices. It comprises delivery and scales operations and imports data of delivery slips of external systems. Moreover, the solution organizes the use of both machinery and services. The digital presentation of transports (i.e. bulk freight, building materials or waste) will be provides by the initions-software Opheo. Opheo is used for planning routes, graphic disposition, forecasting and telematics. The programme depicts different kinds of transport and vehicles in the construction sector - be it a covered vehicle, silo truck, low-loading truck or truck crane.

The integration of both solutions improves the disposition by using the same NEVARIS master data and variable data. In addition the use of both the inventory management system and Opheo will provide a better operating grade of machinery by responding directly to the factories from the disposition. A further advantage for the user is the fact that drivers of wheel loaders now get exact information which vehicle will collect which material. Furthermore, the system control can attune its production in synchronization to the driving orders. Delays caused by traffic jams will be forwarded automatically. What is more, the telematics data from the vehicles are available to the NEVARIS solutions for evaluation and invoicing.
