Neste Jacobs increases Valio Lapinlahti factory's milk powder production by 8% with NAPCON Controller

Technology, engineering and project management company Neste Jacobs has finished an optimization project of Valio Lapinlahti factory's milk powder production in Finland. The project's purpose was to increase product selection and extend optimization for milk powder. The estimated 8% increase for milk powder production was reached as planned.

The optimization was done with Neste Jacobs' NAPCON Controller solution and the project was implemented as scheduled. The increase in production was achieved without large investments or any interruptions in production. In addition, production energy efficiency improved, making the investment into NAPCON Controller very profitable.

In the past, Neste Jacobs has also increased the whey powder production of Valio Lapinlahti factory by 10% with NAPCON Controller.
