("netTALK") (OTCBB: NTLK), a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) that operates under the same jurisdiction as AT&T, today announced that is has completed its re-build of the netTALK Cloud and Data Center, which also serves as the company's new corporate headquarters. The 25,000 square-foot Center, at 1080 NW 163rd Drive in Miami, features fully-redundant power design and maximum connectivity for future wireless 4G offerings, courtesy of a 150-foot, 4G enabled cellular tower, and a number of Fortune 500 tenants. Since first purchasing the Cloud and Data Center in August of last year, the company has re-built it from the ground up, has officially moved in, and is shifting operations into high gear.

All the major telecommunications carriers are current tenants of the netTALK Cloud Center, including Sprint Nextel Corp, Florida Power and Light - Fibernet; Qwest, a subsidiary of CenturyLink; AT&T Wireless, BellSouth, and Verizon Wireless.

Mr. Kyriakides continued, "The facility's capabilities include television and wireless 4G LTE transmissions, a microwave network, fully redundant power and cooling, data feeds, modern rack space, raised floors, a state-of-the art monitoring room, and dedicated in-house tech support, all housed in a hurricane-proof building, with a reinforced concrete roof. The facility is capable of providing scalable IPTV and wireless 4G service, B2B cloud hosting, network operations, and a number of other data management services. We plan to avail ourselves of all these and more, to fully leverage this incredible asset toward securing new revenue streams and providing a whole host of new services to both our B2C and B2B customers."
