CORRECTION TO DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NUMBER 12
Netcare shareholders are referred to the announcement
regarding the declaration of preference dividend number 12
released on SENS on 2 April 2012 and are advised of the
following correction.
Point 3 of the announcement disclosed that the net local
dividend amount is 323.71 cents per share for shareholders
liable to pay the new Dividends Tax and 372.27 cents per
share for shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends
Tax.
The correct disclosure is that the net local dividend amount
is 316.4295 cents per share for shareholders liable to pay
the new Dividends Tax and 372.2700 cents per share for
shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax.
