London, United Kingdom; November 24, 2015 -- Morses Club, the largest privately held Home Credit provider in the UK, has implemented NetDimensions Learning and NetDimensions Performance. The organization will use NetDimensions Learning to manage their regulatory compliance training for employees and agents to assure that their workforce is fully compliant with the latest legal requirements.

On March 1st, 2015, Shopacheck completed its merger with Morses Club Limited. Now, Morses Club has almost 100 local branches with c. 600 employees and c. 2500 agents across the UK.

Shopacheck had been managing regulatory training using NetDimensions Learning LMS (Learning Management System) for 8 years prior to the merger with Morses Club. After the merger, Morses Club decided to roll out NetDimensions Learning to manage all regulatory training across the entire organization. This has enabled Morses Club to demonstrate to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that all employees and agents are fully trained and regularly being assessed to prove their competency.

'Morses Club has a workforce spread all over the country and they need the flexibility to access training from any PC, tablet, or phone. Now employees and agents are able to take their training on tablet devices or smartphones, using the NetDimensions Talent Slate app. All of the 2500 agents can access NetDimensions Talent Suite remotely, from anywhere in the country, any time of the day,' explained Steve Wright, Head of Learning and Development at Morses Club.

'With NetDimensions Secure SaaS solution, the software upgrades are very quick and easy and we get product updates on a regular basis. The NetDimensions team is also very professional and helpful,' said Wright. 'While we originally selected the LMS for regulatory training, we have added additional NetDimensions Talent Suite solutions. Now we also manage employee performance reviews using NetDimensions Performance.'

'NetDimensions Talent Suite was built to support regulatory training and certification management in high-consequence industries such as financial services. We are delighted to work with Morses Club and help them manage their training and performance management needs,' commented Mads Jensen, General Manager for EMEA Sales at NetDimensions.

'I would certainly recommend NetDimensions. FCA regulatory compliance is critical for companies operating in financial services. NetDimensions Talent Suite is ideal for proving that mandatory training has been completed and everyone has been assessed for the competencies for their specific job roles. In addition the system allows a lot of flexibility to meet our company's specific needs,' concluded Wright.
