Organic growth up 18.2% in 2011 to ?283.3 million

Achievements

At ?283.3 million, and greater than the latest projections, 2011 revenues grew much faster than the French consulting and IT services market (+2.7% estimated). Internal growth amounted to +18.2% (compared with +10.3% in 2010).

In the 4^th quarter, NEURONES' organic growth totaled +15.9% (after +14.9% in Q3, +24.6% in Q2 and +17.4% in Q1). This was the 31^st consecutive quarter of internal growth.

The 2011 operating margin⁽¹⁾, consistent with the latest projections, amounted to 9.3% of revenues. The financial structure did not experience any significant changes in the 4^th quarter.

At the end of December, a company specialized in EDM (Electronic Document Management) with 2011 revenues of ?5.4 million joined the group. Its revenues and results will be consolidated in the Group's financial statements as of January 1, 2012.

There were 3,471 people on staff at December 31, 2011.

The final annual results will be published on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 after the stock exchange closes.

Outlook

As usual, forecasts for the coming year will be published along with the Group's 1^st quarter revenues for 2012.
