According to information provided by the exchange agent, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount, or 100%, of the privately placed 4.500% Senior Notes due 2023 were tendered for exchange in the Exchange Offer. The Exchange Offer expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 5, 2013.
