New York mpany : to Ring Opening Bell at New York Stock Exchange on February 25th

New York & Company, Inc. (NYSE:NWY), a specialty apparel chain with 504 retail stores, today announced that members of its senior executive team will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, to commemorate its 10th anniversary as a public company. In conjunction with the celebration of its 10-year anniversary of being listed on the NYSE, the Company has announced an expansion of its highly successful Eva Mendes collaboration. The Eva Mendes Collection, which was introduced to stores in September 2013, takes women from desk to dinner with glamorous apparel for every day, reflecting Eva’s old-school modern sensibility.

“New York Stock Exchange has been a trusted partner to New York & Company since the initial public offering in 2004. During this period, New York & Company has grown and we are pleased to celebrate our 10-year anniversary as a public company by ringing the opening bell,” said Gregory Scott, New York & Company’s Chief Executive Officer. “I am also delighted to announce the expansion of our collaboration with Eva Mendes to include bridal and footwear, which will be unveiled in our upcoming television advertising campaign this Spring.”
