Mexico's sugar production through the sixth week of the 2012-2013 season that began Oct. 1 totaled 58,247 metric tons, up from 2,192 tons during the same period last season, when harvesting started later.

Mexico's October Coffee Exports Up 31% on Year to 232,995 Bags
Mexico's coffee exports in October totaled 232,995 bags of 60 kilograms each, up 31% from the same month last year, the Mexican Association for Coffee Production, or Amecafe, said Thursday.
