NEW YORK, Feb. 21, 2017 - The New York Times will convene a robust group of speakers for its second annual New Work Summit, an interactive conference that brings together leading CEOs, subject-matter experts, data scientists, and other innovators to share and assess best practices and the most important new research on leadership for an audience of C-level executives and entrepreneurs. The theme this year is 'Leading the Teams of the Future.'

The Summit will open on the evening of Monday, March 6, at the Ritz-Carlton, in Half Moon Bay, California with dynamic dinner keynote conversations featuring Laszlo Bock, the former head of people operations at Google, and the award-winning Hollywood producer, Lee Daniels.

The Summit continues the next day, March 7, with a diverse lineup of provocative interviews, interactive discussions and small-group sessions, all carefully designed to inspire new ways for leaders to strengthen their companies, accelerate results, and ultimately improve the way we work. Participants will develop lasting connections with influential peers while exploring the newest insights about why particular team structures and corporate cultures are significantly more successful and productive than others.
