On 6 April 2017, 320,000 shares of the Company have been repurchased by NewOcean Energy Holdings Limited. Upon the completion of the cancellation of the repurchased shares which will take around 4 to 5 working days, the number of issued share capital of the Company will be decreased from 1,475,724,216 shares to 1,475,404,216. The shareholding of the largest shareholder of the Company will be increased from 41.45% to 41.46%.
