Update on the shareholding information of the Company's largest shareholder

On 5 June 2018, 4,906,000 shares of the Company have been repurchased by NewOcean Energy

Holdings Limited. Upon the completion of the cancellation of the repurchased shares which

will take around 4 to 5 working days, the number of issued share capital of the Company will be

decreased from 1,473,030,216 shares to 1,468,124,216. The shareholding of the largest

shareholder of the Company will be increased from 41.53% to 41.67%.

於 2018 年 6 月 5 日，新海能源集團有限公司回購本公司 4,906,000 股股份。當回購股份完

成註銷後 (大約需要 4-5 個工作天)，本公司已發行之股份數目會從 1,473,030,216 股減少至

1,468,124,216 股。本公司最大股東之持股量將由 41.53%增加至 41.67%。
