NEXITY : "CE Holding Promotion" resigns from 's board of Directors

The Company has accepted the resignation from its Board of Directors of CE Holding Promotion (a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE), represented by Ms. Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu.

Following this resignation, Groupe BPCE, which owns 12.68% of the share capital, is no longer represented on the Company's Board of Directors.

As a result, the composition of the board of directors is now as follows:
