CEEK simulates the communal experience of being at a movie, music concert, sports game, museum, business conference or meeting, spectator event or travel destination. The Company offers Ceekars, which is an integrated VR audio headset specifically optimized to work with the Oculus Rift and other head mounted VR devices. CEEK offers digital environments that can be accessed and interacted with using a VR headset. CEEK allows VR content creators and developers to distribute three-dimension (3D) content, 360 videos and other entertainment, educational and enterprise experiences in an immersive virtual environment. As of August 31, 2015, the Company had no revenues.
