Gold-Finance Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of building services. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Building Services segment is involved in the provision of building service in Hong Kong through Fungs E & M Engineering Company Limited (Fungs E & M). The engineering works undertaken by the Company are mainly related to electrical installation works; airconditioning installation works; and fire services installation works. It undertakes engineering projects in both public and private sectors, which are mainly building related projects including new building development; and existing building renovation. The Investment and Asset Management Services segment provides investment and asset management services in the People's Republic of China (PRC) through Hangzhou Jin Zhong Xing Investment Management Company Limited (Hangzhou Jin Zhong Xing). It also operates private equity funds.
