FRANKFORT, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Kentucky Board of Licensure for Occupational Therapy (KBLOT) has launched a new application that allows candidates for licensure to complete the required Jurisprudence Exam online.

"Having the jurisprudence exam as an online application allows for easy availability to license applicants and provides prompt results to the Board," said Gordon Slone, Executive Director, Office of Occupations and Professions.

The application was built with responsive design so it is accessible from multiple types of devices. It also provides a link to statutes and regulations governing Occupational Therapy in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

"Convenience and accountability were two goals of this exam launch and the mobile-ready design of the application serves both purposes," said Slone.

The KBLOT Jurisprudence Exam is available 24/7 as one of the prerequisites to an occupational therapist.

This application was developed for the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Occupational Therapy by the Commonwealth's eGovernment partner, Kentucky Interactive LLC., a subsidiary of NIC, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
