It is with this progressive curiosity that the idea for Gov2Go, a first-of-its-kind, innovative, personal digital government assistant, was born. Launched earlier last year by NIC and its partner, Information Network of Arkansas, Gov2Go learns about its users in order to bring relevant government services and information to them on their computers, mobile devices, and Apple watches.

Gov2Go keeps track of deadlines such as property tax payments, car tag renewals, and property assessments, and sends users important reminders based on their needs. The app builds a personalized timeline and schedules government tasks for the year, ensuring users never miss a government deadline again.

NIC and its partners are committed to using the latest technologies to bring innovative solutions to constituents. This is why we continue to improve Gov2Go by integrating new services and adding new features, such as in-app messaging and push notifications, providing users with the best mobile government experience possible.

Gov2Go has been recognized with several awards, including its most recent NASCIO award for Emerging and Innovative Technology. More than 180,000 Arkansans are already using Gov2Go, and at least 20 other states have expressed interest in adopting it.
