NIC Inc. : Bartholomew County Treasurer Accepts More than $630,000 in Credit Card and Electronic Check Tax Payments

The Bartholomew County Treasurer recently authorized Local Government
Online (LoGO) Indiana, a subsidiary of NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV) to
process credit card, debit card, and electronic checks for online tax
payments using LoGO Indiana's Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant
Solution.
"It is great that LoGO Indiana offers an alternative payment method to
our citizens. Being able to offer an online service for electronic
payments is convenient, secure, and improves our department's customer
service to our taxpayers," said Pia O'Connor, the Bartholomew County
Treasurer. "During the Spring Tax Season, we were able to successfully
process 198 online tax payments which totaled more than $630,000. We are
very pleased these options are now available to our customers and look
forward to a long partnership with LoGO Indiana."
The new payment options have been made available without the use of
taxpayer dollars and at no cost to Bartholomew County through LoGO
Indiana's self-funded model. To make an online payment for Bartholomew

and select the "Pay Now" option.
