At about 2:00pm July 25th, the temperature exceeded 39℃. Along Shihua Crude Oil Terminal in Daxie Port Area, the pilot Gu Haikuai was standing on the scalding deck of 'Edwards' ship and continuously gave high frequency instructions to command the close coordination of the tugboats and assist the steadily dock of super large crude carrier. After the berthing, Gu Haikuai's uniform had been soaked with sweat. Realizing the comrades on the tugboats were also sweating in the sun,he gave a silent salute with eyes to the sailors of the 'Yong Gang Tuo 22' Vessel before gulping down a bottle of pogostemon patchouli water he carried with him and then returned to the cool bridge.

At about the same time,in Beilun Second Container Terminal Branch that was 16km away,Ye Xinshi, the leader of the handling team, were leading team members who had just finished their noon break to remove the goods at logistics inspection yard.

The container had already turned into a giant 'oven'.Heat waves surged towards their face as soon as the container door was opened. Only half an hour into the working, the employees were soaked with sweats and their eyes ached from inflowing sweat. However, none of them was about to back down. Clearing the sweat on the face with towel and rolling up the sleeves, the young fellows continued the work with renewed efforts.

'Come and take some drinks to relieve the heat!' With these words, the Coolness Delivery Group led by the leaders of the company arrived at the site. There were various types of refreshing drinks for options, including chrysanthemum tea, plum syrup. Lao Ye took over a bottle of iced salt soda water and gulped down several mouthfuls. A stream of coolness reached all limbs of the body. How fantastic! With narrowed eyes, he gazed at the dozens of to-be-shipped containers in front of him . Then lifting his eyes and looking at the giant billboard in the distance that read 'Link the World, Serve the World', he was full of proud.

Concert Efforts to Strive for High Efficiency

On the production site, the surface temperature of the steel rail had already exceeded 50 ℃ and the sweat dropped on it was immediately turned into a trace of white spot. However, the workers' enthusiasm for working was not affected at all. Through several hours' continuous working, all special iron ore trains were departed on schedule and arrived at the various steel plants on July 25th to meet customers' pressing needs.

The spirit of unity could be seen whherever the 'iron force of port ' was in . While at break, they teased, 'other people pay for Sauna. Now aren't we taking sauna for free in such weather?'.Having drunk a bowl of sweet mung bean soup and dried the sweat-soaked clothes in front of an electric fan, he re-concentrated on the work. With joint efforts of the everybody, No.4 bridge crane completed cable replacement 3 hours in advance.'Everything function well' Upon hearing the bridge crane driver's words in the high frequency, the fellows could not help smiling with delight.
