Executive Management of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation
This is to announce that (i) the nomination of the members of the board of directors and part of the audit & supervisory board members were approved at the 91st Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today, and (ii) the role of the members of the board of directors and audit & supervisory board members as set forth in I and II below was subsequently determined respectively at the meeting of the board of directors and audit & supervisory board members.
Also, it was resolved, with the reorganization as of July 1, to undertake the change in a part of the division of business responsibilities and delegation of office for Executive Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, Managing Executive Officer and Executive Officer effective as of July 1 as set forth in III and IV below.
