Notice Concerning Revision to Earnings ForecastsConsidering recent trends in performance, Osaka Steel Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces its earnings forecasts that had been undetermined at the time of the announcement of the results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016 (on April 27, 2016). The Company announces its earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, which had been undetermined at the time of the announcement of the results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016 (on April 27, 2016), as a result of difficulty in reasonably calculating earnings forecasts due to uncertain influence of the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquakes.
