NISSAN ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE CHANGES

YOKOHAMA, Japan (October 17, 2014) - Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced executive changes.

Akira Sakurai, senior vice president, will leave Nissan at the end of October 2014 and will become a senior vice president of Aichi Machine Industry Co., Ltd. as of November 1, 2014. Aichi Machine Industry Co., Ltd. is a supplier of automotive engines and transmissions that is fully owned by Nissan.

Shohei Kimura, executive vice president, Alliance Manufacturing Engineering & Supply Chain Management, will be responsible for Manufacturing Strategy & Industrial Performance, duties which had been performed by Mr. Sakurai.
