Nissha Industrial and Trading Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia), an industrial materials-related consolidated subsidiary of Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the 'Company') hereby announces that the Company has established a joint venture for the production of Luxury Vinyl tiles with the building materials maker, Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd and entitled to allotment of shares of the joint venture on January 6, 2017 in accordance with the 'Conclusion of a joint investment agreement related to the establishment of a joint venture in Malaysia' previously announced on December 5, 2016.
