NIZHNEKAMSKNEFTEKHIM The regular meeting of Nizhnekamskneftekhim's Board of Directors chaired by Vladimir Busygin, was held on the 23d of May to elect the Board members.
The meeting further approved the action plan of the Board of Directors of PJSC 'Nizhnekamskneftekhim' for 2017-2018 and the composition of the audit committee, the personnel committee and the remuneration committee of the Board of Directors.
