Maintal, Germany / Subotica, Serbia - July 6, 2018- Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic visited NORMA Serbia's plant in Subotica, one ofNORMA Group's 27 production sites, on July 5, 2018, with other cabinet members from her government. The delegation's visit coincided with celebrations of the first anniversary of the Brnabic government. The visit focused onNORMA Serbia's development partnership and innovation. Supported by its own on-site test lab, NORMA Serbia has not only been setting standards in product development since the plant went into operation in 2011; the company has also established itself as anattractive employerin the region.

Thomas Kraus, Vice President EMEAEJT(Europe, Middle East, Africa - Engineered Joining Technology) at NORMA Group, welcomed the guests and said: 'We are delighted and honored that NORMA Serbia has aroused the interest of the Serbian government of Prime Minister Brnabic. As an international market leader in engineered joining technology, we are considered an attractive employer in the region. Since NORMA Serbia opened, we have received a steady, high level of interest from qualified employees.'

Sustainable, innovative joining technologies and product solutions are produced and tested on a production area of 9,000 square meters in the Subotica plant. The product portfolio ranges from urea system solutions and plastic fluid lines for fuel and oil transport to cooling water, tank ventilation and crankcase ventilation systems and connectors for fast and efficient assembly.

As a modern employer, NORMA Serbia makes a positive contribution to the economic and social progress of the Serbian region.
